WoB advertised 48 hour delivery and 'like new' quality. When the book didn't arrive, they didn't bother to respond to my first email. Book then arrived a week late and in poor condition. Instead of apology and refund, I have to go through a whole rigmarole: emails - sending photos etc. I ask repeatedly for a refund which they have so far failed to give me. Avoid. They lie about what they are offering and then you get appalling customer service and they add insult to injury by wasting your time.
Do not trust this vendor! Books are described as in very good or excellent conditions and delivered kind of shattered. They offer replacements but not refunds, plus they entrust a super scam shipping company which most of times loses parcels.

Scammers! Offer inexpensive DVDs, but then do not send them (after 5 weeks still no goods). Then claim to have heard the goods have been heard twice. Total lie, I'm home every day because of the lockdown and everyone else is arriving! Now you are offering your rights DVD for the 3-fold rights and you want to pay me back my money!

I had ordered an 8 Volume box set. Instead I receive only one book and the worst of it they never respond to any emails. Worst experience!
Ordered 4 books that are in excellent condition and arrived really quickly, no issues and would recommend.
Great quality second hand books in excellent condition. I love how Worlds of Books has such a broad catalogue at affordable prices with free delivery. Highly recommend
Exactly what we were expecting although slightly disappointed a couple of the pages were ripped
To be honest I was expecting a book for the price. What I got was a 4 fold leaflet. I feel this was very expensive for what it is and will definitely not be using again
I ordered 2 motivational books “100 Days to Happiness”. They are small hardback books. I ordered thinking I could use them as gifts. The outside of both were very dirty. I tried cleaning them and neither would come clean.

I ordered a book online. Transfered the money. Received an eMail three days later that the book has been shipped to my adress. Now, more than two weeks later, nothing has arrived. Costumer service is not replying (I sent two requests already). I read some reviews after this and I am not alone with this experience, or other bad experiences with World of Books. Listen to the bad reviews. Don't oder here. No service. Bad and sad. But they will gladly accept your money. I am glad it has only been 8 EUR.
Always great quality used/new books at a great price as well as very fast shipping.Once i used express shipping and the book arrived the same dah it was duspatched.
